During lockdown we all missed live events and pivoted to virtual events to maintain key client relationships.
Shell asked us to deliver an online mixology masterclass.
We partnered with Houston’s Julep bar and its internationally reknowned owner, Alba Huerta.
Guests from across the US received mixology kits via courier in advance of the live online masterclass.
Twists on traditional recipes made the drinks personal and unique to the event.
Lenovo wanted to go 'big' with their 2021 global sales kickoff event. Having previously done 3 separate events in China, Asia Pac and EMEA, 2021 had to be different for obvious reasons. Our task was to produce an immersive virtual stage onto which we could key in presenters from China, Hong Kong, Italy, Switzerland, India and UK, to present live to their employees.
Using Aximetry and Unreal Engine software, we produced three content-rich events with live presentation, video, polling, live panels and live hosts.
Green screen studios in all locations provided live streams into our control hub in London where the production was vision mixed and streamed out onto Lenovo’s chosen platform provider.
I was exec producer with a team off content producers, show callers and technical all under my direction.

The CX sales team wanted to ensure they delivered as good an event as they had done in previous years - but in a virtual setting.
Storyboarded as a magazine style programme of interviews and links, inspired by the Oprah/Obama interview, it brought together all the leaders in the business to discuss together the future of the business.
I devised and produced the content which was edited together as one film and streamed out via Nokia’s chosen streaming partner.

Real Talk 2020 was streamed using a bespoke virtual platform out to Nokia’s website, Linked In Live and Facebook Live.
Three events in a 24-hour period, live hosted by an anchor, pre-recorded content combined with live panel Q&A delivered thought leadership content lead by Nokia’s CSP team.
I was lead producer for all content and show production, calling the show live for each stream.

CPPIB contracted KTS to produce a series of virtual conference session VT openers. The idea being that excuse the delegates couldn’t travel to London and experience the city in person, the senior board members would fit themselves in their favourite London location.
Following a clear and concise brief that I produced, the board set out over several weekends to film their favourite place. The results were very pleasing considering none of them had done anything like this before and were tasked with producing the film without agency support.
